前作、前々作に引き続き、ptfのヴァイオリニストであるKeisuke Takashima氏、日本を代表する鍵盤奏者である難波弘之氏、Brand Xでの活動で知られるフレットレス・ベースの名手、Percy Jones氏等豪華ゲストも参加し、全4曲入り、3バンドによる超豪華スプリット・CDとしてリリース。
